This is where I've gathered the best ADHD resources for lawyers that I've found. The list is far from complete, but it is a start. Don't see something you like? Contact me! Let's keep improving this list (and each other).
Read This First: JDHD Affiliate Links
I am a proud advocate for these ADHD resources and tools. For some, I use affiliate links.
Here's what that means: if you click one of my affiliate links and you later buy that thing, I will receive a small commission. You don't pay anything extra; the commissions come at no additional cost to you.
I would never compromise my reputation or your satisfaction by recommending something that I don't trust. These recommendations are—in almost every instance—based on personal experience as a lawyer with ADHD. And when I don't have personal experience with it, my recommendation comes after my ADHD hyper-focus went berserk and I was able to satisfy myself that it meets my standards.
I'm in the habit of recommending ADHD resources for lawyers because I don't think there is one single source of truth (least of all me) and because I believe these recommendations are genuinely helpful and useful for lawyers with ADHD. I do not recommend them because of the small commission I receive.
Please, please, please do not spend your hard-earned money on these recommendations unless you need them, they will help you live a better life or build a better business, and you can choose to buy them without succumbing to ADHD-fueled impulses.
Let's get to it.

Here's the deal… there are TONS of resources for lawyers with ADHD. There just aren't a ton of ADHD resources for lawyers. Does that make sense? Every single thing I list on this page can be useful to you. But no single thing on this page is the answer. I'm trying to build the answer. Do you rely on a resource from which other ADHD lawyers would benefit? Is something missing? Have you tried something here that didn't work for you? Let me know. This list will continue evolving and improving. And so will each of us.
