The Seven Foundations: Managing ADHD in a Demanding Job. Practical, non-clinical tools for people with ADHD, from sleep and exercise through to protecting your time when the day gets away from you. This is the framework I use with coaching clients every week.
A Lawyer’s Ethical Duty to Manage Time Well (And How to Do It). What actually makes people productive, and systems that hold up under deadline pressure. For legal audiences, framed as an ethical duty, which is a more useful frame than it sounds.

Legal programs can be structured for CLE credit, including Elimination of Bias. Two have already carried it: a Florida Bar accredited webinar in 2025, and an MCLE-credited panel at Burke, Williams & Sorensen. I provide the outline, the written materials and the bio, so your side of it is small.
